CREATIVE FORAGING BOXES

This kit is a great way to get started with Creative Foraging systems. It has boxes, 2 leather strips and 1 connector.  It features a honeycomb design insert which retains the food and only makes more food available as the parrot continues to chew through the honeycomb wafer.

A really simple way to introduce your bird to foraging. The SMALL boxes come in packs of 6 and the LARGE boxes come in packs of 5. The LARGE boxes also serve as replacement boxes for the BUFFET BOX.

To assemble it is pretty straight forward - just put the chipboard compartment divider inside the hexagonal box after assembling it. Then simply fill with your bird’s favorite treats and close the box. Use the included plastic holder to hold both parts together by inserting it through the closed box. Finally, hang in the cage and watch your bird break through the carboard in search of his meal or treat.

Always remember that foraging greatly reduces the possibility of feather picking and behavior problems by providing mental and physical stimulation.
